1 - Safety Lecture and Equipment Orientation - All players will receive important safety information and learn how to use their equipment.
2 - Laser Tag Game - After the orientation, the players will start playing laser tag.
3 - Party Setup - During the laser tag game, the party can be set up with decorations, food, and refreshments.
4 - Food and Refreshments - Guests are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks. There will be a small canteen available for bottled water and Gatorade.
5 - Equipment Return and Statistics Processing - Once the laser tag games are complete, the players will hand in their equipment, and statistics will be processed.
6 - Party Time Start the birthday celebrations!
7 - Wrapping Up - The party should start to conclude about 10 to 15 minutes before the hour to allow time for cleanup and prepare for the next group. Make sure to plan accordingly, and enjoy the celebration!
